Our Warranty Promise
We stand by the quality of our beds, and so do our trusted manufacturing partners.
Most of our mattresses include a 5-year manufacturer's warranty, while our New Zealand-made beds typically include a 10-year warranty. Specific warranty terms may vary by product.
Need to make a warranty claim?
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with us. We'll help guide you through the process.
You will need to provide proof of purchase documentation.
- If the issue can be clearly identified by our team, we'll work with you directly to resolve it.
- If the issue requires specialist assessment, we'll liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
All warranties cover genuine manufacturing faults.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Comfort preference changes
- Damage caused by misuse, improper support, or inadequate care
