Our New Zealand made beds come with a 10 year warranty.
If you believe your product may have a manufacturing fault please contact us and we will arrange an inspection. All of our manufacturers provide warranties for faults.
If the product fault can be determined by our staff we will help to provide a solution. If the product fault is difficult to determine or needs specialised advice we may need to contact the manufacturer.
