Choosing the right mattress is a big decision. That’s why we offer a 60 Night Mattress Trial on selected New Zealand-made models. It’s your chance to sleep on your new bed at home, risk-free - so you can be confident it’s the right fit for your body, your sleep style, and your space.

Our 60 Night Trial is designed to help you sleep better - because a good night’s rest is worth getting right.

✅ Eligibility

  • Valid on selected NZ-made mattresses priced at $1,999 or more

  • A Protect-A-Bed mattress protector must be purchased at the same time and used for the full trial period

  • Trial applies to standard-size mattresses only
    (Excludes Single and California King sizes)

  • Available to the original purchaser only

Trial Period Requirements

  • The mattress must be slept on for a minimum of 14 nights before requesting an exchange (It can take time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface)

  • Exchanges must be requested within 60 nights of delivery

Exchanges

  • One exchange only per customer per original purchase

  • No exchanges will be offered on the replacement mattress

  • Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of delivery

  • The mattress must be returned in clean, undamaged condition, free of stains, odours, or excessive wear

Pricing & Fees

  • If selecting a higher-priced mattress, the customer pays the price difference

  • No refund will be provided if selecting a lower-priced model

  • The exchange mattress will be priced at the current in-store ticket price at the time of exchange

  • A $160 exchange fee applies

  • Additional freight charges may apply for rural or out-of-zone areas

Exclusions

The 60 Night Trial does not apply to:

  • Adjustable beds

  • Special orders or custom builds

  • Clearance or floor model items

  • Commercial or bulk orders

  • Spare beds or guest beds

  • Extra firm mattresses

  • Single and California King sizes

  • Purchases made for someone other than the main user

❗Important Note

Your trial will be void if:

  • The mattress shows signs of damage, stains, odours, or abnormal wear

  • No Protect-A-Bed mattress protector was purchased from Mattress Warehouse at the time of purchase or used during the trial.
